INSPIRATION BOARD CREATION                   1 for $15  OR  2 for $25

An inspiration board is a collage of photos that creates a theme or color palette for your event. From this, you can visualize ideas and the items you will need to recreate it. 


CUSTOM PARTY THEME DESIGN SERVICES     $150

1. We will create two party inspiration boards for you to choose from.                              

 2. Once you pick one, we will design concepts for the following features:     

  • Decorations and centerpiece ideas 
  • Creative party favors     
  •  A cake table diagram 
  •  A tableware diagram  
  •  2 cake inspirations    
  •  A grocery list of foods that will help enhance your theme   
  • Game ideas that relate to your theme                                                                              

3. From here, we will create a virtual shopping cart with the specific items you need to bring the ideas to life. The items that we choose will be determined according to your party budget.

4. LET'S CELEBRATE!                            

(Payment consists of a non-refundable $50 deposit to lock in your event on our calendar. The remaining payment will be due before we send you the virtual shopping cart.)


DAY OF EVENT DECORATING ASSISTANCE     $100 (Under 50 Guests)  $150 (Over 50 Guests)

On the day of the celebration, I will come to your venue to assist with decorating. My unique eye for designing events will help pull everything together beautifully.     

(Payment consists of a non-refundable $50 deposit to lock in your event on our calendar. The remaining payment will be due at a minimum of 2 weeks before your event.)


EVENT ITINERARY AND VENDOR ORGANIZATION              $50 

We will assist you in finding and contacting local vendors for all of the details necessary for your event. This vendor list will include bakeries, florists, furniture rental companies, photographers and caters among other things. We will coordinate with the vendors to ensure a smooth set up process on the day of your celebration. In addition, we will assist in finding the perfect venue if needed.                 

(Payment is due upon the start of planning if you will need this service and it is non-refundable)



* Your supply budget is calculated separately. Prices above reflect the cost of our planning services. We will plan and shop for the event according to your budget. Typically, this can start as low as $200 and increases according to the number of guests and the level of detail you desire.
